Leifheit welcomes the "German Corporate Governance Code" issued by the Government Commission on February 26, 2002.

The Code contains key statutory regulations for managing and supervising listed German coroporations, with internationally and nationally recognised standards for good, responsible corporate governance.

Its aim is to promote confidence among international and national investors, customers, employees and the general public in the management and supervision of listed German corporations.
