Save energy and protect the environment - laundry drying with Leifheit

(Kopie 1)

Rising energy costs, power-devouring household appliances and an increasingly polluted environment - these are things you don’t have to simply accept. Anyone wishing to save money in the household and, at the same time, help the environment should seriously think about using traditional methods of drying laundry – namely with the aid of classic rotary washing dryers and laundry dryers. Just in time for the Ambiente show, Leifheit is therefore offering product innovations in the laundry dryer segment.

Whether for singles or multi-family households - the practical, flexible-use household aids can cope with all quantities of washing. By using a rotary washing dryer outdoors or a laundry dryer in the bathroom instead of an electric dryer, you can save quite a lot of money over the course of a year. Moreover, the cost of purchasing the dryers can be recouped very quickly – after all, the air you use for drying is free. Additionally, CO2 emissions are reduced significantly as electric washing dryers are the biggest energy guzzlers in the home.

Telegant 70 & 100 allround

The compact, guaranteed weatherproof wall dryer Telegant 70 & 100 allround (RRP: from EUR 49.99) offers multi-purpose usage: It is suitable for drying items of laundry both indoors and outdoors. Apart from in bathrooms, it can also be sited on the balcony, on the terrace or on the house wall. The drying bars, available in a variety of sizes, offer a drying length of up to 7.2 metres and are resistant to dirt and water.

Pegasus 120 Compact

Pegasus 120 Compact is the name of the new Leifheit laundry dryer with folding elements (RRP: EUR 34.99). If little space is available for hanging washing up to dry but there is still a lot of washing to be dried, the laundry dyer with folding elements offers a key advantage - it fits in all standard bath tubs as the frame is a mere 44 centimetres wide. The rounded base caps made of a soft-grip material offer a solid grip in the bath tub while, at the same time, protecting the surface of the tub from damage.

Pegasus 150

For medium amounts of washing of up to 1.5 washing machine loads, the Pegasus 150 laundry dryer with folding elements is ideal. Not only is it easy to transport, it also fits through any door with its slim-line width of 55 centimetres. All the greater is its drying length measuring a total of 15 metres. The two holders for small items of laundry are useful accessories.

Pegasus V Duo

The extendable bath tub laundry dryer Pegasus V Duo (RRP: EUR 39.99) can be adapted to accommodate varying quantities of washing. A three-way locking mechanism makes this possible. The “Pegasus V Duo” can be fixed to the bath tub in three different positions and is therefore child’s play to use.

Linotrend 500 LongLine

The Leifheit rotary washing dryer Linotrend 500 LongLine (EUR 69.99) is ideal for hanging out large items of laundry in the garden. Bed linen or bath towels, for instance, can easily be dried outdoors in the fresh air with this dryer. The xxl outer line with a diameter of 2.45 metres is particularly attractive. The triangular design enables this washing dryer to offer a length enhancement of more than 20 percent over conventional rotary lines. Offering a total drying length of 46 metres, it can accommodate up to five washing machine loads of laundry. Its proven opening technology moreover guarantees optimum line tensioning.
